Story & Details
Product Description
Khadchheri is a four-armed form of Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Compassion in Tibetan and Vajrayana Buddhism. The figure is depicted with the central hands joined at the heart, holding a wish-fulfilling jewel (ratna), while the upper hands hold a prayer rosary and a lotus flower. This statue features a finely detailed crown adorned with decorative gems, intricate carvings, and long scarves flowing from either side. The wish-fulfilling jewel held between the joined hands adds a distinctive detail to the figure. The double-lotus pedestal extends around the statue, including the back, showcasing carefully carved lotus petals from every angle. The gold finish highlights the intricate craftsmanship throughout the piece.
